Goran Obradović is a seasoned executive leader with a diverse career spanning over 25 years in the ICT, telecommunications, media, life sciences, and manufacturing industries. He is the Founder and CEO of Front Light Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that provides management consulting, leadership development, AI services, and data-driven decision-making solutions to small and medium-sized companies.

Goran’s professional journey began in network engineering, where he specialized in Cisco and Microsoft technologies after earning his master’s degree in electronics. His technical expertise, combined with strong leadership and business acumen, helped him rise quickly through the ranks. He spent 12 years at Cisco, where he held key leadership positions, including Country General Manager and Regional Manager for Services across 14 countries in Southeast Europe. He later held executive roles at HP Inc. and Endava, overseeing operations, leading teams of up to 500 people, and managing revenues exceeding €100 million.

As CEO of United.Cloud, Goran spearheaded the development of the media platform EON.tv, which now serves over 15 million users. He built a highly skilled team of 150 professionals, driving innovation and success in the fast-paced media and broadcasting industry. His ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and scale businesses has earned him a reputation as a dynamic and visionary leader.

A lifelong learner, Goran further honed his leadership and strategic skills at the prestigious IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, one of the top-ranked executive education institutions globally. His education at IMD has greatly influenced his leadership style, deepening his expertise in business transformation and executive management.

At Front Light Consulting, Goran draws on his extensive experience to help companies transition from owner-led management to professional management. His firm’s services include AI readiness assessments, digital transformation consulting, leadership coaching, and data analytics services. He is particularly passionate about demystifying AI and showing companies how it can unlock unprecedented opportunities, believing that adopting AI today is as essential as mastering Google and MS Office in the past.

Outside of consulting, Goran is a passionate AI advocate, experienced data analyst, and avid short-term trader, offering personalized coaching in trading strategies based on his four years of daily market experience. In his personal life, Goran enjoys photography, technology, and traveling. He has a deep bond with Labradors and is a proud husband and father of two daughters, applying the same dedication to his family life as he does to his professional endeavors.
